Cancellation Policy

At Seraphaelle, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you may need to change or cancel your appointment. To provide flexibility while respecting both our time and other clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:
1. Appointment Cancellations
- Notice Requirement: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice before your scheduled session. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients in need.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment time will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
2. No-Show Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, the session will be considered a “No-Show,” and no refund will be provided. Repeated no-shows may result in being unable to book future appointments.
3. Rescheduling Appointments
- Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any penalty. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a 50% rescheduling fee.
- How to Reschedule: Please contact us via bookings@seraphaelle.com or the booking system to request a new appointment time.
4. Refunds for Cancellations
- Full Refunds: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be eligible for a full refund.
- Partial Refunds: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may receive a 50% partial refund, after deducting the cancellation fee.
- No Refunds: No refunds will be provided for missed appointments or no-shows.
5. Emergency Cancellations
We understand that unexpected events and emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to an emergency, please contact us at bookings@seraphaelle.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate and may waive fees on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
